If you want to gain weight FAST you need to pay attention on your DIET also, that's why i prepared you some tips that you should follow:
1.Eat More Calories Than Your Body Burns(eat helthy food, avoid junk and fast food)
2.Eat More Calories Than Your Body Burns
3. Eat at least 3 times through the day
4. Have healthy SNACKS!
5. Get quality sleep. Sleeping properly is very important for muscle growth.
6. Don’t drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories.
