Can I get a perfect body in 30 days?
After I could achieve such outstanding results with my pushup challenge(linked below), I will now train in the gym for 30 days to see what results I can achieve there.
I will train every day and I will try to stop smoking cigarettes, a bad habit that I have been doing for over 10 years now.
In addition, I will pay more attention to my diet and consume less bad food.
