18 minutes sounds so sweet and innocent, until we use that 18 minutes for LEG DAY! Yes, indeed, we are working legs in only 18 minutes for this strength session!
This workout targets all of your lower body muscles! We work the quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves, and inner and outer thighs for an effective and serious build! We work through a variety of exercises in this workout session to maximize our short time together! The only equipment you need are dumbbells, also pick a weight that challenges you!
