As President Biden prepares to sign the trillion-dollar infrastructure bill into law, the legislation is set to provide much needed funding for states to improve roads and bridges among other repairs. NBC News’ Cal Perry reports from Covington, Kentucky, where the Brent Spence bridge that connects the state with neighboring Ohio is overdue for vital repairs.
