Everyone's favourite Aunty OP A.k.a Gorgeous Potahto is here with her dry fruit Chikki recipe. Enjoy this delicious Chikki roast and our aunty's savage roast while you make this desi winter special!
Recipe:
Ingredients:
1. 3/4th cup almonds
2. 3/4th cup cashews
3. 2 tbsp Pista
4. 1 tbsp poppy seeds
5. 1 tbsp ghee
6. 1 cup jaggery
7. 1/4th cup water
Method :
Take a pan and roast all the dry fruits for 7/8 minutes. Keep it aside
Take another pan put ghee and jaggery, water and allow it to cook till it gets sticky. Put the roasted dry fruits and mix it well.
Put the above mix on a butter paper and cover it with another and proceed to roll the mix in the butter paper. Cut the mix when hot and allow it to cool.
Once cooked your Dry Fruits Chikki is ready to be cut and served as a tasty snack
