Deep fried meatballs. This is one of Ah Pa's 4yo gal most favourite. Berkcious pork is 100% free from harmful chemicals. Berkcious pork does not contain any beta agonists, growth hormones, or antibiotics. The pigs are raised naturally in an humane manner.

Berkshire Black pork is a breed imported in from UK. Black pork has a greater marbling content like wagyu. The meat is more tender and fragrant.

Meatball
Ingredients:
250g of Berkcious minced pork (black pork)
2 tablespoons of pork crackling
3 cream crackers
1 small ginger
2 cloves of shallot
2 cloves of garlic
½ chopped carrot
Chopped jicama (similar amount as chopped carrots)
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh coriander’s root
1 tablespoon of chopped spring onion
1 chicken egg
2 – 3 tablespoons of corn-starch

Seasoning:
1 - 1.5 tablespoons of oyster sauce
2 teaspoons of Ong Ky premium fish sauce
1 teaspoon of light soya sauce
Pinch of salt
Pinch of sugar
Few dashes of white pepper
A cap of Shaoxing cooking wine
Some fried garlic oil or sesame oil
