Yes, we typically think about leg 🦵🏼 lymphedema needing abdomen stimulation, but there are small studies that even show promising improvement and reduction in ARM 💪🏼 lymphedema volumes from breast cancer when stimulating these areas with deep breathing and movement alone!
Along with deep breathing, compression, and lymphatic drainage, MOVEMENT and CORE exercise are crucial to help the lymphatic system. 🤸🏽♀️
There is no wrong answer for core exercises, done in a safe manner with correct form, but here are a few of my favorites!❣️
