CANCEL THE ORDER - Spending My Friday Night Delivering For UberEats & Deliveroo

I completely understand restaurants get busy and there can be a short wait until the order is ready... but to arrive at a restaurant and be told to just simply cancel the order is just mind boggling, if you're running the show by yourself and can't keep up with the demand of walk in customers then turn off the delivery ipad... its just wasting drivers time,making the customer wait even longer and also making us the drivers lose out on earnings.
