About this space
The Dry Brook Cabin design is inspired by the Scandinavian simplicity and functionality. Our goal was to create the space which gives you the comfort of modern leaving yet not to keep you inside but to be a part of the surrounding landscape. The soothing sound of the Dry Brook will make you detached from day-to-day worries and the nature will remind you were we all belong. Trust you will enjoy the stay here as much as we do.

The space
The house is a new construction, completed back in the spring of 2020. It still has the scent of pinewood. Has been designed by ourselves and was built by the local contractors. You will have enough privacy to feel comfortable.
At the main floor you have specious leaving room with the cathedral ceiling, fully furnished kitchen, dining table, sofa, and coffee table. Access to the backyard deck is through the wide sliding patio door. One bedroom is located at the main floor, another one at the loft with ladder access.
Other things to note
Nearby town can offer you all you need from groceries, pharmacy, galleries, restaurants and charming artisan stores. Not to mention, the Western Catskills gives you access to miles of hiking trials, skiing resorts, crystal-clear waters, forests and meadows. Whether you’re seeking the place for fishing, skiing, snowmobiling, road or mountain biking, or hiking; Delaware County has it all to offer. Enjoy the wildlife and fall in love with the breathtaking views.
