20 lady finger biscuits
100ml coffee
50g Mascarpone
75g powdered sugar
1l whipped cream
1 tsp vanilla
100g milk chocolate
50g cocoa powder
METHOD
Place the small bowl upside down in a large bowl. Dip the lady finger biscuits in coffee and place them in a large bowl.
In a large bowl beat mascarpone, powdered sugar, whipped cream and vanilla and put in a zip lock bag.
Cut one of the corner of the bag to form a pastry bag, and use it to fill the bowl with lady finger biscuits. Pour the whipped cream on and between the Savoyards and chill for 3-4 hours.
Cover a large bowl with a plate, turn and remove the small bowl from the cake and pour the melted milk chocolate into the hole formed by the bowl. Cover the cake with cocoa powder, cut into pieces and enjoy.
