Walking 1 mile for time with the 71 lbs I lost on my 200 lbs Weight Loss Journey | Can I do it?

Me: Well, I've lost a little over 70 lbs on my weight loss journey, I wonder if I can walk a mile carrying it? haha.

No Body:
Me: Imma make a YouTube video about it, Haha.

In this video, I put on a weighted vest and carried some dumbbells equaling the 71 lbs I've lost and attempted one mile for time. I complained a lot, but I also learned so much from doing this.
