Ingredients:
- Gram flour- ½ cup
- Rice flour- 2 tbsp
- Onion- 1 small size
- Green chilli- 1 tbsp
- Ginger- ½ tbsp
- Garlic- ½ tbsp
- Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder- ¼ tsp
- Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
- Spring onion- 4 tbsp
- Prawn- 1 cup
- Curry leaves- 10-12 nos.
- Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
- Salt- 1 tsp
- Water- ¼ cup
- Oil- for deep fry
Preparation:
- Chop onion
- Chop green chilli
- Mince ginger
- Mince garlic
- Chop spring onion
- Clen and chop prawn
- Chop curry leaves
Process:
- Add gram flour, rice flour, onion, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, spring onion, prawn, curry leaves, lemon juice, salt; water in a bowl and mix everything properly. Marinate for 10 mins
- Heat oil in a pan and add prawn mixture in small portions. Fry in batches. Fry 2-3 mins on medium heat. Flip over and fry another 2-3 mins on medium heat. Remove to a plate
- Fry green chilli for 30 secs on medium heat
- Garnish with fried green chilli and spring onions
