cream I:
vanilla-flavored pudding powder - 80 g (2.82 oz)
sugar - 100 g (3.5 oz)
milk - 500 ml (16.9 fl oz)

cool the cream up to a neutral temperature

soft butter - 200 g (7 oz)

cream II:
liquid cream - 660 ml (22.3 fl oz)
mascarpone - 250 g (8.8 oz)
powdered sugar - 125 g (4.4 oz)
hydrated gelatine - 15 g (½ oz)

strawberry mousse:
frozen strawberries - 650 g (22.93 oz)
strawberry jelly - 80 g (2.82 oz)
water - 150 ml (5.07 fl oz)

for the topping:
chocolate - 40 g (1.4 oz)
strawberry sauce - 55 g (1.89 oz)
