The New World trading has been disabled. This includes trading post, personal trades, and even the company treasury, until they can find a fix for the New World gold dupe exploit.

There's a huge New World money cheat where players can duplicate items and money. It's a New World item duplication exploit as well as a coins dupe glitch.

On the official New World forums a dev indirectly leaked when we might see trading turned back on and when the new world money cheat will be fixed as well, hopefully.

Based on what was said, the release date for when New World trading will be turned back on might be tentative. If the fix they think they have works then they can roll it out at the determined time and turn trading back on.

Hopefully it works and we can move on with our lives. They also said they have their economy team looking at what to do about the impact of the New World gold cheats that were used this whole time.
