Makeover: Traditional Home Gets A Bright Modern Update

For Rhiannon Hageman's first design project, what started as a kitchen renovation snowballed into a first-floor revamp that swept away stuffy elements. Adding more windows and painting the frames black (and skipping the drapes), refinishing the dark floors, swapping a heavy stone chimney breast for porcelain, and new boho pendants freshen up a home so it feels modern.
