This jury deliberation is still going. They may decide to deliver a verdict before Christmas, if not they will be dismissed and return Monday the 27th. At this point, they really should be decided on how each of them will vote. Call it a hung jury if you can't resolve it! Four days is enough on this rather straightforward case.
