1/3 cup milk (80ml)
1 tsp vanilla exctract (5 ml)
1 cup all purpose flour (125g)
1 tsp baking soda (4g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder (2g)
1/2 cup chocolate chips
