👍 Do this before ANY HOME WORKOUT (Best Warm Up🛡️) - 5min No Jumping‼️
✨ The value of warm-up exercises should be considered by anybody who works out. Although warm-ups apparently won’t help much with burning calories or building muscle, they’re essential to achieving a workout! Before running or using the machines at the gym, you should make sure you perform a warm-up and do a few stretches – but what makes them so important? 🤷
🛡️ A good warm-up will boost your body temperature, which is particularly valuable to your muscles. As your muscle temperature progress, oxygen becomes more ready for your muscles, allowing them to engage and relax more efficiently. So you’ll be able to perform more active tasks efficiently. 🤯 Your heart is also given time to prepare, indicating it won’t be too strained during your workout.

When you’ve been faithfully working out to reach your goals, the last thing you need is to become injured. ⚠️ Warming up will improve muscle flexibility and allow for efficient cooling, which means less chance of accidentally hurting yourself or burning out during your workout and ruining your day! 😱
💪 Stretching is often recognized as something that should be done in addition to regular warm-ups. 🥰 Stretching will enhance blood flow to your muscles and allow your body to increase flexibility in the short and long term—an advancement 🪜 for you in properly performing a workout. Stretch after you’ve already completed your warm-up, as stretching when your muscles aren’t correctly warm can lead to injury.
The benefits of warming up are apparent, and warm-ups will help you achieve your fitness goals 🤩 ; it’s, therefore, clear that those who are on their fitness journey should not overlook warm-up exercises at any level. If you prepare your body and mind and do some stretching, you’ll be ready to make the most of your daily workouts! 🌈
Most people can do this workout everyday with no problems but check with your doctor if you have any questions, concerns, or special circumstances.
Always warm up for 2-3 minutes before doing ANY workout. Here's a good multi-purpose warm up that most people can easily do.
20 sec jumping jacks
20 sec squats
20 sec lunges
do twice
Be sure to consider the rest of your workout commitments as you decide which workouts to do. 20 - 30 min total per day is a good amount!
