Miami FL MC, Producer/DJ Duo 8CH2OWENS & DJ PROOF make their Debut as THE WATERPROOF. Representing the #SoFlow Community (Underground Hip Hop Scene of South Florida), 8ch2Owens has been performing, organizing, hosting, and promoting Hip Hop Events since 1999 as part of Vice City Cypher Productions. Now the host of WVCCRadio on Twitch.tv/WVCCRadio, he shares the hottest new hip hop with his international Audience of Hip Hop Heads. Teaming up with DJ PROOF, Miami's King of Boom Bap, who has produced for such artist as ARTISAN P, SURGEON GENERAL, GHOST OF THE MACHINE (Heroes for Hire 1-3), JUICE HEADZ, LOGUN OF MAIN AIM, SIR CHARLES, ORION BRASS BALLS and more. They both combine to make timeless music during what many feel are the "End Times". The Album Art (provided by Shawn Langley Illustrations), symbolizes the two working on their craft and passion come hell or high water, hence THE WATERPROOF.
